Privacy Policy

Account details. When you sign up we receive your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and profile picture. Authentication is handled by Clerk; we never see or store your password.

Poker data you upload. Hand histories and tournament summaries exported from your poker site, and any table screenshots you upload or send from the capture tools. Note that hand histories exported by poker sites also contain other players' screen names and actions; you are uploading that data along with your own.

Training data. The answers you give in drills, your accuracy and streaks, which leaks you've mastered, and the coaching level you select.

Usage counts. A monthly count of AI coach explanations, used to enforce your quota.

To grade your decisions, find and rank your leaks, generate drills, produce coach explanations, and show your progress and results. That is the entire purpose — we do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Clerk — authentication and account management.

Anthropic — the AI coach. Two things are sent: summaries of a solved spot (stacks, positions, cards, frequencies) to generate explanations, and, when you upload a table screenshot, the image itself so it can be read into a spot. Anthropic processes this to return a response and does not use it to train their models under their commercial terms.

Fly.io — hosting and data storage.

Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

SUMIT (and UPay, its clearing partner) — only if you buy a paid plan. They receive your name and email address so the tax invoice can be issued in your name and emailed to you, along with the amount and the plan you bought. Your card details are entered on their payment page and never reach us.

We do not share your data with anyone else, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on the app.

On a Fly.io server and volume in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Uploaded screenshots are stored as files on that same volume; everything else lives in a database there.

Go to Settings → Delete all my data. This immediately and permanently erases your uploads, reviews, leaks, training progress, saved spots and preferences. It cannot be undone, and we do not keep a shadow copy.

To delete the account itself, or if anything goes wrong, email info@gtocoach.poker.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. The delete function above covers most of this immediately; for anything else, write to us and we'll action it.

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in — that's it. Your language and light/dark preference are kept in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

GTO Coach is for adults. Do not use it if you are under 18.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and we'll tell you directly if the change is significant.
